Certifications: 

1. Is the farm certified organic? If so, by which organization? 
2. Are there any other relevant certifications (e.g. regenerative agriculture, fair trade)?

Soil Health:

1. What are the current soil fertility levels? 
2. How is soil health maintained or improved (cover crops, compost, crop rotation)?

Land Use:

1. What is the land tenure status? 
2. Describe the current land use and any history of  chemical use.

Irrigation and Water Sources:

1. What are the sources of water for irrigation? 
2. Are there water conservation practices in place?

Water Quality:

1. How is water quality managed or tested?

Biodiversity:

1. What measures are in place to promote biodiversity (hedgerows, wildlife corridors)?
2. Are there any endangered species on or near the farm?

Ecosystem Services:

1. How does the farm contribute to ecosystem services (pollination, pest control, carbon sequestration)?

Crop Practices:

1. What crops are grown? 
2. Describe the practices for pest and disease  management without synthetic chemicals.

Livestock:

1. If applicable, how are animals raised (pasture, feed, health care)?
2. What are the practices for managing animal waste?

1. Provide financial statements for the last three years.
2. What are the main revenue streams?

1. Who are the primary buyers or markets for the produce?
