BTC/USDT SALES OFFER
We can sell up to 100,000 (one hundred thousand) Bitcoins to  Buyer in tranches with rolls and extensions up to 500,000 (five hundred  thousand) Bitcoins.     


PRICE DISCOUNT: -14% Gross / -7% Net 
COMMISSIONS: 3.5% SELLER SIDE (CLOSED) - 3.5% BUYER SIDE (OPEN) 
PAYMENT: USDT (ERC20 or TRC20)
Min Trial Tranche: 20-100BTC

Min Tranche: 2000 BTC

Tranche Schedule: 5000 BTC


BITCOIN TRANSACTION PROCEDURE:  

  1. Buyer provides LOI, CIS and USDT.
  2. The IMFPA with all intermediary details is endorsed by Buyer First and then the Seller.
  3. Seller shares CIS and Wallet ID.
  4. Seller issues SPA to the buyer for signatories.
  5. Buyer shall sign the SPA Agreement and return back to the seller.
  6. Seller shall counter sign the SPA and send back the fully signed copy of the SPA to the buyer.
  7. BTC provider does AB Test by showing Wallet Control by transferring from his primary Binance Wallet A to Transaction Wallet B.
  8. BTC  provider sends a Satoshi from the Transaction Wallet B to the virgin  BTC Wallet of the Buyer along with the Hash ID and Screenshot.
  9. USDT  TRC 20 provider must confirm receipt and the acceptance of Satoshi by  transferring Satoshi Equivalent USDT to the BTC Sellers USDT wallet.
  10. BTC provider and the USDT TRC20 provider will run forensics and regular checks to confirm the handshake.
  11. The BTC Seller will apply for CHUBB Insurance and add the insurance ticket number and the cost in the  invoice for the first tranche with an average set market price of the  transaction day to the buyer, (NB: The set price is only Valid for 24  hours) which it will present to the USDT TRC Provider.
  12. The  BTC Buyer will accept the invoice and transfer the USDT to the BTC  Sellers USDT Wallet  and provides the transaction Hash ID and  Screenshot.
  13. Upon  confirmation of the receipt of the USDT, Seller transfer the BTC for  the first tranche after factoring the Net Discount according to the SPA  agreement and provides the transaction Hash ID and Screenshot.
  14. Upon  confirmation of the receipt of the BTC to the buyer wallet by the  buyer. The BTC Seller transfers the BTC equal to 7% for the mandates  commission of the tranche transaction according to the IMFPA signed  prior to the SPA.
  15. We repeat from stage 12-14 of the procedure until the tranches are completed as per the signed SPA.


Non-Circumvention Clause
Both parties agree not to circumvent or attempt to circumvent  each other or any intermediaries involved in this transaction. This  includes any attempt to deal directly with the other party's contacts or  clients for a period of five (5) years from the date of this agreement.     


Non-Performance Penalty Clause
Failure by either party to perform their obligations under this  agreement without reasonable cause shall result in a penalty of 1% of  the total transaction value per day, up to a maximum of 10%, after which  this agreement may be terminated by the performing party.     


NB:   

  1. All our transactions are insured by CHUBB insurance https://Chubb.com .
  2. BTC provider provides insurance ticket-number for each contract. 
  3. The Seller will apply for an insurance ticket before the first Tranche Transfer will be send. 
  4. The Cost of the Insurance will be charged to the Buyer
  5. The buyer undertakes that he will discharge the seller in case of non-performing the handshake as described above.

BITCOIN TRANSACTION PROCEDURE:

  1. Buyer provides LOI, CIS and USDT Wallet ID and endorses the IMFPA 
  2. Seller endorses the IMFPA and provides CIS and Wallet ID issues SPA to the buyer for   signatures.
  3. Buyer shall sign the SPA Agreement and return back to the seller.
  4. Seller shall counter sign the SPA and send back the fully  signed copy of the SPA to the buyer with zoom video Clip Link details to  show Proof of Crypto (POC) and wallet control(A-B TEST). Conditions for the Satoshi/AB Test:  Seller shows control of wallet on a recorded video (Zoom Video Clip  Link shared) by transferring a small amount of BTC from their wallet to  another (A-B wallet Test) and provides the buyer with the Proof of  Crypto (POC) and wallet control clip with redacted wallet address. Note: For confidentiality and security reasons, the Seller does  not share wallet addresses or transaction hashes with buyers. This  measure is in place to prevent the unauthorized circulation of sensitive  wallet information across the internet. 
  5. After the successful sharing and buyer confirmation of POC and  wallet control, Seller issues an invoice for the first tranche with an  average set market price of the transaction day to the buyer on the same  email thread and subject already created. (NB: The set price is only  Valid for 24 hours)
  6. Buyer transfers the USDT from their USDT wallet to the seller  USDT wallet as per the invoice and provides the transaction hash.
  7. Upon confirmation of the receipt of the USDT, seller transfer  the BTC for the first tranche according to the SPA agreement and  provides the transaction hash.  
  8. Upon confirmation of the receipt of the BTC, Buyer/Seller  transfers the commission to the mandate’s wallet involved in the  transaction according to the Annex C on the signed SPA.     
  9. We repeat from stage 6-9 of the procedure until the tranches are completed as per the signed SPA.      


Condition for the Satoshi, Handshake to take place.
     a. The buyer transfers 300USDT to our USDT wallet and we return  0.001BTC from our Binance 

          Exchange wallet to the buyer BTC wallet.        
     b. We don’t send the 0.001BTC from our private wallet.      


Non-Circumvention Clause
Both parties agree not to circumvent or attempt to circumvent  each other or any intermediaries involved in this transaction. This  includes any attempt to deal directly with the other party's contacts or  clients for a period of five (5) years from the date of this agreement.

BITCOIN TRANSACTION PROCEDURE: 

  1. Buyer provides LOI, CIS and USDT wallet ID and endorses the IMFPA 
  2. Seller endorses the IMFPA and provides CIS and Wallet ID issues SPA to the buyer for   signatures.
  3. Buyer shall sign the SPA Agreement and return back to the seller. 
  4. Seller shall counter sign the SPA and send back the fully signed copy of the SPA to the buyer. 
  5. Seller shall contact their escrow attorney and Cc only the buyer in the  email thread to provide the escrow agreement to be signed for the  transaction attaching the signed SPA.  (NB: Buyer can recommend an escrow attorney to seller for the transaction and the above No. 5 will be done by the buyer upon seller approval of the buyer recommended escrow attorney)
  6. The escrow attorney issues  the escrow agreement for review between the buyer and the seller on the  same email thread and subject already created
    for the escrow process. 
  7. Seller signs the escrow agreement after review and sends back to the  buyer to counter sign the escrow agreement on the same email thread and
    subject already created. 
  8. Buyer signs and returns the escrow agreement to the escrow attorney to  fully endorse the escrow agreement and returns back the fully signed  copies of the escrow agreement to both party’s buyer and seller on the  same email thread and subject already created. 
  9. Seller issues an  invoice for the first tranche with an average set market price of the  transaction day to the buyer on the same email thread and subject  already created. (NB: The set price is only Valid for 24 hours)
  10. Buyer approves, sign and return the invoice on the same email thread and subject already created. 
  11. Seller instructs the escrow attorney to issue a USDT wallet address to  the buyer to pay the invoice for the first tranche according to the SPA  agreement on the same email thread and subject already created.
  12. Buyer transfers the USDT from their USDT wallet inputted on the signed  SPA to the escrow attorney USDT wallet as per the invoice and provides  the transaction hash on the same email thread and subject already  created for the escrow attorney and seller confirmation on the  Etherscan. 
  13. Upon confirmation of the receipt of the USDT to the  escrow attorney wallet by the seller and the escrow attorney, seller  transfers the BTC to the buyer wallet inputted on the signed SPA and  provides the transaction hash on the same email thread and subject  already created for the escrow attorney and buyer confirmation on the  explorer. 
  14. Upon confirmation of the receipt of the BTC to the  buyer wallet by the buyer and the escrow attorney, the escrow attorney  transfers the USDT to the seller wallet as inputted on the signed SPA  minus the 7% for the mandates commission and transfers the commission to  the mandate’s wallet involved in the transaction according to the Annex  C on the signed SPA. 
  15. We repeat from stage 9-14 of the procedure until the tranches are completed as per the signed SPA.


NOTE: 

  1. Who recommends the escrow attorney for the transaction pays the escrow  fee at stage 12 of the procedure while sending payment of the BTC to the  escrow attorney. 
  2. All correspondence between the Escrow attorney,  Buyer and Seller during the escrow process must be via email and on the  same email thread and subject already created for transparency and  record purposes.
  3. We do not accept an already funded escrow. The  buyer will have 100% control of their wallet/funds and not the escrow  attorney until the time for the transfer of USDT to the escrow attorney  wallet.
  4. Seller has the right to backout of the deal at any time a  correspondence is made to the Escrow attorney by the Buyer without the  Seller on cc.
  5. On no condition should the buyer, seller or escrow  attorney communicate outside of the email thread already created or  create a new subject during the escrow process. We advise that all  parties use the “REPLY ALL” function in other to maintain this rule.
  6. Seller don't offer Satoshi, handshake or  A-B wallet test but if the buyer insists, we can offer with the below  condition otherwise we can proceed directly to the transaction procedure  with the escrow terms as stipulated above.
     

Condition for the Satoshi, Handshake or A-B wallet test to take place.
           a. The buyer transfers 300USDT to our USDT wallet and we return 0.001BTC  from our 

                Binance Exchange wallet to the buyer BTC wallet.
           b. We don’t send the 0.001BTC from our private wallet.

BITCOIN TRANSACTION PROCEDURE: 

  1. Buyer provides LOI, CIS and USDT wallet ID (Minimum 300M+ USDT) and receiving test BTC Wallet and endorses the IMFPA 
  2. Seller endorses the IMFPA and provides CIS and Wallet ID and receiving test wallet USDT TRC20 issues issues SPA to the buyer for   signatures.
  3. Wallets Tests (Note- the below wallet tests can also be executed remotely):
    a) Buyer AB wallet test- Buyer to send a  Handshake (amount code will be nominated by the Seller) from their  Master wallet A to another their trading wallet B,
    b) Both parties nominate a suitable time  to meet up in a mutually agreed location for Buyer to execute an AC  wallet test remotely and Seller to return remotely an equivalent Satoshi  amount in BTC  (amount code will be nominated by the Seller). 
  4. TTM, Seller sends first tranche to his representative in the same office with the Buyer’s rep.
  5. Buyer releases the first tranche USDT. 
  6. Seller’s rep releases the equivalent amount in BTC to the Buyer. 
  7. This  step repeats until both parties are exhausted with their contracted crypto amount.


NOTE: 

  • 3 people from each side are permitted at the meeting  place. Two people from each party are to stay in the trading room and  one person to stay outside of the room. 
  • 5 trades are to be executed as per agreed trading schedule on the trading day. 
  • All fees are to be paid by the nominated Paymaster after each tranche.


BTC/FIAT SALES OFFER
We can sell up to 100,000 (one hundred thousand) Bitcoins to Buyer  in tranches with rolls and extensions up to 500,000 (five hundred  thousand) Bitcoins.

COMMISSIONS: 2.5% SELLER SIDE (CLOSED) - 2.5% BUYER SIDE (OPEN)         
PAYMENT: FIAT         
Min Trial Tranche: 20-100BTC

Min Tranche: 5000 BTC         

NB: Buyer’s side and Seller’s side commissions are paid in USDT by the escrow attorney to all mandate’s personal wallets.


BITCOIN TRANSACTION PROCEDURE

  2. Seller endorses the IMFPA and provides CIS and Wallet ID issues SPA to the buyer for   signatures.
  3. Buyer shall sign the SPA Agreement and return back to the seller.
  4. Seller shall counter sign the SPA and send back the fully signed copy of the SPA to the buyer.
  5. Seller shall contact their escrow attorney and Cc only the  buyer in the email thread to provide the escrow agreement to be signed  for the transaction attaching the signed SPA. (NB: Buyer don’t recommend escrow for FIAT payments)
  6. The escrow attorney issues the escrow agreement for review  between the buyer and the seller on the same email thread and subject  already created for the escrow process.
  7. Seller signs the escrow agreement after review and sends back  to the buyer to counter sign the escrow agreement on the same email  thread and subject already created.
  8. Buyer signs and returns the escrow agreement to the escrow  attorney to fully endorse the escrow agreement and returns back the  fully signed copies of the escrow agreement to both party’s buyer and  seller on the same email thread and subject already created.
  9. Seller issues an invoice for the first tranche with an  average set market price of the transaction day to the buyer on the same  email thread and subject already created. (NB: The set price is only  Valid for 24 hours)
  10. Buyer approves, sign and return the invoice on the same email thread and subject already created.
  11. Seller instructs the escrow attorney to issue their bank  details to the buyer to pay the invoice for the first tranche according  to the SPA agreement on the same email thread and subject already  created.
  12. Buyer transfers the funds to the escrow attorney account as  per the invoice and provides the payment receipt on the same email  thread and subject already created for the escrow attorney and seller  confirmation.
  13. Upon confirmation of the receipt of the funds to the escrow  attorney account by the seller and the escrow attorney, seller transfers  the BTC to the buyer wallet inputted on the signed SPA and provides the  transaction hash on the same email thread and subject already created  for the escrow attorney and buyer confirmation on the explorer.
  14. Upon confirmation of the receipt of the BTC to the buyer  wallet by the buyer and the escrow attorney, the escrow attorney  transfers the funds to the seller wallet as inputted on the signed SPA  minus the 5% for the mandates commission and transfers the commission to  the mandate’s involved in the transaction according to the Annex C on  the signed SPA.
  15. We repeat from stage 9-14 of the procedure until the tranches are completed as per the signed SPA.

USDT/FIAT SALES OFFER


PRICE DISCOUNT: -20% Gross / -10% Net       
COMMISSIONS: 3% SELLER SIDE (CLOSED) –4% FACILITATORS(CLOSED) -- 3% BUYER SIDE (OPEN)       
PAYMENT: FIAT       
Min Trial Tranche: 100,000,000 USDT

Total Inventory Available: 8,000,000,000 USDT       
NB: Buyer’s side and Seller’s side commissions are paid in FIAT by the seller attorney to all mandate’s personal accounts.


TRANSACTION PROCEDURE:

  1. Buyer share Pof of $450,000,000 and CIS
  2. Seller Shares Wallet ID and CIS 
  3. Party A and Party B (Seller and Buyer) shall sign this Sales / Purchase Treaty / Contract which then becomes a full non-recourse agreement.
  4. Seller will issue Bank Confirmation Letter (BCL/BPU) to Buyer which confirms  the amount of $500M in Seller`s USDT account wallet and also confirms his readiness to transfer the coins paid for at the contract price to Buyer Bank account.
  5. Buyer will issue Bank Confirmation Letter / Proof of Funds (BCL)/POF to Seller which confirm Buyer’s ability to buy the contractual quantities of USDT $500M and also confirms his readiness to transfer the equivalent contractual amount (payment) for the USDT via MT 103.
  6. Seller shall issue a Commercial Invoice (C.I.) covering the agreed upon amount of funds to be transferred to Seller`s Account for the equivalent USDT $500M.
  7. Buyer shall transfer the equivalent Invoiced Amount for the USDT $500M to Seller's bank account at the agreed price starting with the first Tranche  of 100,000,000 USDT.
  8. Seller shall transfer each of the equivalent USDT tranche to the account wallet  of the buyer.      


USDT/FIAT SALES OFFER


PRICE DISCOUNT: -3% Gross / -1% Net
COMMISSIONS: 1.5% SELLER SIDE (CLOSED) – 1.5% BUYER SIDE (OPEN)
PAYMENT: FIAT
Min Trial Tranche: 1,000,000 USDT
Tranche Schedule: 50,000,000 USDT


NB: Buyer’s side and Seller’s side commissions are paid in FIAT by the escrow attorney to all mandate’s personal accounts.


TRANSACTION PROCEDURE:

  1. Buyer provides LOI, CIS and USDT, PoF and endorses the IMFPA 
  2. Seller endorses the IMFPA and provides CIS and Wallet ID issues SPA to the buyer for   signatures.
  3. Buyer shall sign the SPA Agreement and return to the seller..
  4. Seller shall counter sign the SPA and send back the fully signed copy of the SPA to the buyer.
  5. Seller shall contact their escrow attorney and Cc only the buyer in the  email thread to provide the escrow agreement to be signed for the  transaction attaching the signed SPA. (NB: Buyer don’t recommend escrow  for FIAT payments)
  6. The escrow attorney issues the escrow agreement  for review between the buyer and the seller on the same email thread  and subject already created for the escrow process.
  7. Seller signs  the escrow agreement after review and sends back to the buyer to counter  sign the escrow agreement on the same email thread and subject already  created.
  8. Buyer signs and returns the escrow agreement to the  escrow attorney to fully endorse the escrow agreement and returns the  fully signed copies of the escrow agreement to both party’s buyer and  seller on the same email thread and subject already created.
  9. Seller issues an invoice for the first tranche with an average set  market price of the transaction day to the buyer on the same email  thread and subject already created. (NB: The set price is only Valid for  24 hours)
  10. Buyer approves, sign and return the invoice on the same email thread and subject already created.
  11. Seller instructs the escrow attorney to issue their bank details to the  buyer to pay the invoice for the first tranche according to the SPA  agreement on the same email thread and subject already created.
  12. Buyer transfers the funds to the escrow attorney account as per the  invoice and provides the payment receipt on the same email thread and  subject already created for the escrow attorney and seller confirmation.
  13. Upon confirmation of the receipt of the funds to the escrow attorney  account by the seller and the escrow attorney, seller transfers the USDT  to the buyer wallet inputted on the signed SPA and provides the  transaction hash on the same email thread and subject already created  for the escrow attorney and buyer confirmation on the explorer.
  14. Upon confirmation of the receipt of the USDT to the buyer wallet by the  buyer and the escrow attorney, the escrow attorney transfers the funds  to the seller wallet as inputted on the signed SPA minus the 3% for the  mandates commission and transfers the commission to the mandate’s  involved in the transaction according to the Annex C on the signed SPA.
  15. We repeat from stage 9-14 of the procedure until the tranches are completed as per the signed SPA.


NOTE:

  1. Who recommends the escrow attorney for the transaction pays the escrow  fee at stage 12 of the procedure while sending payment of the BTC to the  escrow attorney.
  2. All correspondence between the Escrow attorney,  Buyer and Seller during the escrow process must be via email and on the  same email thread and subject already created for transparency and  record purposes.
  3. We do not accept an already funded escrow. The  buyer will have 100% control of their wallet/funds and not the escrow  attorney until the time for the transfer of USDT to the escrow attorney  wallet.
  4. Seller has the right to backout of the deal at any time a  correspondence is made to the Escrow attorney by the Buyer without the  Seller on cc.
  5. On no condition should the buyer, seller or escrow  attorney communicate outside of the email thread already created or  create a new subject during the escrow process. We advise that all  parties use the “REPLY ALL” function in other to maintain this rule.
  6. Seller don't offer Satoshi, handshake or A-B wallet test but if the  buyer insists, we can offer with the below condition otherwise we can  proceed directly to the transaction procedure with the escrow terms as  stipulated above.


Condition for the Satoshi, Handshake or A-B wallet test to take place.
a.  The buyer transfers 300USDT to our USDT wallet and we return 0.001BTC  from our Binance Exchange wallet to the buyer BTC wallet.
b. We don’t send the 0.001BTC from our private wallet.
