The Borrower will create UDIN number and submit the project through its Bank for RBI FEMA inward remittance.
The Borrower will submit a copy of the project to the U.S Monetizer
The U.S Monetizer will remit the money to the Borrower
Upon the Borrower request APKA can use a part of the proceed and raise further debt for the Borrower's project
Borrower will have the option to retain a part of the monetizer proceed in the U.S as escrow in Top rated bank for 75 banking days as cash collateral with the Principal Lender.
APKA will facilitate the financing of the extra funds from the Principal Lender required to complete the borrowers project with 61 Banking days as mentioned in https://arzyaprinciple.com/apka-project-finance .
