SKYLINE (SG)GLOBAL HOLDING PTE LTD(SGH) in Joint Venture agreement with Bond owner Reio for monetization. SGH hold a Euro1B Corporate Bond in our custodial account at CGS International in Singapore ,it's  in electronic version , which was transferred to us for monetization . SGH has the Joint Venture document and the transfer documents on hand to share as necessary. Monetizing this bond, Only recently SGH got it displayed on the Bloomberg Screen  with details for your due diligence.
There has been a proposal to back these bonds via an insurance wrap, with Afiancol Columbia as the primary insurer and Fortegra, based in your region of the world, as the reinsurer. It’s a cut-through insurance policy. The premium for this is high if we decide to proceed (please see the attached reference).
The bond was initially transferred to CIMB-CGS with CIMB being an AA-rated bank in Singapore and CGS its brokerage division. As of December 2023, they separated, and our custodian account remains with CGS brokerage. However, the DVP  will be executed at CIMB Malaysia, and the asset transfer fee, approximately SGD600K, must be settled at CIMB.
1. DVP requires a payment of SGD600K, which we would expect the monetizer to advance directly to the bank.
2. The transfer is via Euroclear.
3. If the insurance option is required, the investor/monetizer would need to handle the premium from the first tranche.
